Some work may require permits or inspections, which we handle in accordance with applicable local code.
3. Estimates, Quotes & Pricing
Estimates and quotes are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time and are not binding until a written work agreement or invoice is signed by both parties. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Prices, promotions, and rebates are subject to their stated terms, may change, and may not be combined unless we say so. Diagnostic or trip fees, where applicable, are disclosed before the visit.
Payment, deposits, and cancellation. Payment is due as stated on your invoice or agreement. We may require a deposit for certain installations or special-order equipment. 4. Financing & Third-Party Payment Services

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HVAC By Vu and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitration will take place in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, or by videoconference, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and we waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement in this section will be void as to that dispute.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
